If you contact me via the contact form or via the skype button on the previous page we can have an initial brief chat by phone or email exchange when as well as addressing your issue and my approach if you wish to we establish fees that are affordable for you. If you wish to, we can arrange to meet for an initial session at a mutually convenient time, either face to face in my consultation room or online if we are afar and in different time zones. Face to face in my consulting room or Web-based or E therapy available to you includes individual therapy and couples therapy or counseling: This can be done utilizing Skype, google hangout and face time, It involves Counselling/therapy/coaching via web where we can see and hear one another securely and with confidentiality rules the same as face to face sessions; these help build trust in our relationship. I have also met with couples in conference sessions when couples and families live physically distant from one another, in different cities or countries as sometimes happens especially among expat families.
Telephone based therapy: as above but this takes place over the phone via regular telephone, google hangout or skype where couples can both talk on a conference call.
Instant messaging: This involves one-to-one instant messaging by appointment.
Email Therapy: Email therapy allows you to ask your questions and receive solutions in an email format. You will receive email responses within 48 hrs.
THE DURATION AND FREQUENCY OF THERAPY/COACHING:
I find that for some people, brief therapy works well - sometimes after 5-10 sessions and the person/s feels empowered to move on.
More frequently, a more in-depth approach is preferred or more sessions are needed to shift in trenched dynamics
I generally see clients once a week or once every two weeks but this is negotiable and we decide this together. As therapy progresses and clients feel and function better they invariable decide to diminish the frequency with which we meet and eventually end therapy though we may meet again at some time in the future if needed. The client always retains control over when he or she may want to take a break from therapy or end the process completely.
